Marketing Manager Digitalization & Fuel Cards

Role Overview:

This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing, digital, and customer-engagement initiatives aligned with the Company’s business objectives. The position will lead digitization efforts, strengthen the Fuel Card business, and enhance customer experience through innovative programs, partnerships, and technology integration.

Requirements:

  1. Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline with 6-8 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital transformation, or fuel card management in the oil or energy sector.
  2. Strong understanding of retail marketing, customer analytics, and digital platforms.
  3. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Develop and implement both short-term and long-term marketing plans aligned with the Company’s goals.
  • Coordinate and ensure implementation of OGRA’S initiative on digitization of the petroleum supply chain across the Company’s operations.
  • Support ERP and digital system integrations to streamline processes and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Develop and execute digital content and customer -engagement strategies to increase visibility and retention.
  • Drive growth, adoption, and market share of the Company’s Fuel Card Program.
  • Work with Retail and Operations teams to improve site aesthetics, efficiency, and customer experience.
