Job Summary:

The TPM Operations Manager will be responsible for managing partnerships with TPMs, ensuring compliance, capacity, efficiency, and profitability across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary liaison for all TPM operations.
  2. Lead 𝗖𝗗𝗔, π—₯𝗙𝗀, and quotation processes for existing & new products.
  3. Identify and onboard new TPMs; conduct due diligence for selection.
  4. Negotiate MSAs, contracts, and pricing with TPMs.
  5. Ensure capacity planning, on-time delivery, and cost optimization.
  6. Monitor TPM KPIs and drive continuous improvement & localization projects.
  7. Support product transfer, validation, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Science Graduate/Master (Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Chemical Engineering); MBA preferred.
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in Pharma (TPM/Contract Operations).
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP, manufacturing, QA/QC, process Validation, and Logistics.
