Job Summary:
The TPM Operations Manager will be responsible for managing partnerships with TPMs, ensuring compliance, capacity, efficiency, and profitability across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for all TPM operations.
- Lead πππ, π₯ππ€, and quotation processes for existing & new products.
- Identify and onboard new TPMs; conduct due diligence for selection.
- Negotiate MSAs, contracts, and pricing with TPMs.
- Ensure capacity planning, on-time delivery, and cost optimization.
- Monitor TPM KPIs and drive continuous improvement & localization projects.
- Support product transfer, validation, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Requirements:
- Science Graduate/Master (Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Chemical Engineering); MBA preferred.
- 6β8 years of relevant experience in Pharma (TPM/Contract Operations).
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, manufacturing, QA/QC, process Validation, and Logistics.
